Chapter I.

The honest part —

you already know you need marketing.
you simply don't have time for it.

— the post & ghost —

You posted thrice to Instagram in January. It is now April. Every time a competitor posts, you feel the guilt sharp. Next Monday. Next Monday again.

— the vanishing freelancer —

You hired a marketing person off Upwork. Month one was lovely. Month two, tolerable. Month three they disappeared. You have done this three times.

— the five-thousand-dollar agency —

Real agencies want three to eight thousand a month. You would rather buy a new skidsteer. The arithmetic does not work for a business your size.

Liege is the middle you were waiting for.
Agency-grade execution. Software-grade pricing.

Interlude.

A week of marketing, in ninety seconds.

No voiceover. Just the flow.

Exhibit A.

The founder uses it. Here's the proof.

Before Liege became a product, it was the tool the founder built to run his own landscaping business in Barrie, Ontario. Golden Maple still runs on it. Every social post. Every review reply. Every overdue-invoice nudge.

Liege Command Deck — the dispatch screen for all 20 agents
Command Deck — the interface that runs Golden Maple

Twenty specialists. One dashboard. Every card is an agent with a class, a level, and a tracked success rate. Dispatch them individually, or queue a full daily run. Everything executes locally and reports back in the live feed on the right.

Before

Three months of radio silence on social. Five overdue invoices the owner kept forgetting to chase. Google reviews piling up unanswered. A growing stack of "should post this" photos on an iPhone.

After Liege

Twelve Instagram posts a month, brand-voiced. Four review replies a week, under an hour. Invoice chasers drafted and approval-gated via Telegram. Weekly Google Business Profile post nobody else in the county bothers with. Zero missed client emails.

The numbers
  • 17 hours/week reclaimed
  • $3,800 agency spend saved/mo
  • 8% lift in Google reviews (60 days)
  • ~$5/day ceiling on cloud AI
  • Zero posts approved by Yorkis — all auto-published at brand voice

"I built it because I needed it.
It works well enough I'm selling it now."

— Yorkis Estevez, Founder · Golden Maple Landscaping

Chat

A.I. support bot on every docs page. Trained on the install walkthroughs themselves.

Phone

A real number. Business hours rings my cell. After-hours voicemail replied within four hours.

Chapter VII.

Questions before you decide.

Is this simply ChatGPT with a skin on top?

No. Liege runs on local large language models (Ollama) on your own computer by default — zero cost per run. It only escalates to Claude or GPT for specific tasks that need premium reasoning, and you set a hard daily dollar cap. Most A.I. marketing tools bill per token with no cap. We bill flat per month.

Will it replace a human marketer?

If you currently have no marketer and cannot afford one — yes, it replaces that gap. If you have a $5K-a-month agency — it does not replace the strategic level, but it does replace sixty to seventy per cent of the execution. Many Pro customers use it to retire their agency and keep a strategist on retainer.

Do I need to be technical?

Starter tier: yes, enough to follow a twenty-minute install walkthrough. Pro tier: no — we install it for you on a Zoom call. If you can use Gmail and read a recipe, you can handle Pro.

What hardware do I need?

Minimum sixteen gigabytes of memory and a discrete graphics card with eight gigabytes of VRAM. Recommended is thirty-two gigabytes of memory and twelve-plus gigabytes VRAM (an RTX 4070 or better, or an M2 Pro Mac). No GPU? You can still run with cloud escalation covering heavy tasks — budget roughly $30 a month of Claude spend.

What if my website is hot garbage?

Either we add content and make it work (Stack Migration, included in Pro), or we rebuild it on Webflow in fourteen days (Site Rebuild add-on, $3,500). Either way, you own the final result. We never host your site.

How is this different from Lindy, Relevance A.I., or Gumloop?

Those are cloud-first horizontal tools priced per token — lovely for tech-forward startups, painful for contractors. Liege runs locally, caps cloud spend, and is built for one specific kind of buyer with pre-wired workflows for marketing — not build-your-own-agent frameworks.

What happens to my data?

It stays on your computer. Local models read and process everything on your machine. Your brand voice samples, your email contents, your client lists — none of it leaves. The only data we store is your billing information and your waitlist email.

Is there a free trial?

A thirty-day money-back, no-questions-asked refund. Or use the self-host open-source version forever at zero dollars (community support only). You are never forced to pay to try it.

When does it ship?

The private beta is running now with Golden Maple Landscaping in Barrie, Ontario. Public beta opens June 2026 in batches of ten. Ontario contractors and regulated small businesses are prioritised.

Can I see the code?

Yes — the core is MIT-licensed and will be on GitHub before public beta. Self-host it, fork it, audit it. The commercial tiers fund the roadmap, hosted updates, and support.

Chapter VIII.

An invitation to the next batch.

We onboard in batches of ten, slowly, so that every install runs clean on your hardware. Ontario contractors, clinics, and regulated small businesses receive priority.
